JUNIOR THOMPSON – 2012- 2024 – Above and Beyond’s Jumpin’ Junior OAP,OJP, OFP, BCAT, APG,APJ, PD November 23, 2012-January 12,2024 – Junior was the kindest soul I have ever had the privilege to know. He loved life and every creature he met Junior was an ambassador for his breed. He was the best puppy socializer and foster guide for all the foster and new dogs to come through our home. He came through rescue as an owner surrender older puppy. After two weeks in foster care with us, we found he had hip dysplasia. Junior stayed with us, and we had his hips realigned and rehabbed. He was never supposed to be able to do agility, but he made a full recovery.Junior loved rally, agility, and Fast Cat. He had the attention span of a gnat, but he loved to work. Ironically, he was part of the reason I wound up with a Border Collie, and he was a great uncle to Bob. We will miss his big personality terribly. Junior succumbed unexpectedly to hemangiosarcoma of the heart. Hug your dogs. They are with us for such a small amount of time.
