If you find it necessary to relinquish ownership of your dog, we require preliminary information from you as part of the surrender process. Please complete our confidential Owner Surrender Intake Questionnaire
Please be honest with us. The information you provide will help us better understand your dog’s personality and specific needs when looking for an appropriate foster home. Information about the dog’s medical history and/or health issues will also help us determine what veterinary care might be needed.
While we cannot guarantee acceptance of all requests, we will do our best to help. If accepted into rescue, you will be sent a separate link to sign the legal surrender form.
