Activity Level:  Crystal is an energetic pup that likes to run & play but settles down to cuddle & sleeps in the crate quietly all night.  She is a busy girl that needs enrichment such as toys & bones to chew and will entertain herself.  She loves her walks both and sees them as adventures to see things & sniff all the outside smells.

Fence: Crystal prefers to be with her human but will occasionally run around the yard & since she’s still a pup she needs to go out to potty a bit more still so fence is preferred although she loves to go on walks.

Behavior: Crystal is a happy friendly girl who is a good combination of outgoing and curious but very sweet, cuddly, and attentive.  She found herself in rescue since she’s deaf and wouldn’t be a good hunting dog.  She prefers to be with her people but does play with the other dogs.  She is still a very young pup so she has spurts of energy running circles but then is ready to cuddle and take a nap.  She needs lots of attention, toys to keep her busy, and continued socialization and training.

Medical History: healthy but DEAF

Foster Comments: Crystal is a cuddly, soft, sweet puppy.  She is what I call a velcro dog meaning she is by my side every minute she can be & she watches me constantly.  She is in the house with 4 other big dogs and plays a bit with them but has good dog manners and doesn’t jump on them.  She loves to go on walks but is still learning to heel.  She will need basic training with hand commands.  I think she will be a long legged tall girl since she’s almost as tall as my 2 grown English Setters.  I work from home and she will lay she will lay under my desk with her toys & bones & entertain herself then take a nap.  When she arrived she wanted to be held all the time but she’s already grown so much she’s almost too big to be a lap dog.  She would be great with kids or another dog to play with to keep her well socialized.
