Behavior:   Loves everyone!  Harvey is a big cuddler and lovebug and wants to be with people all the time. Does not fetch or show much inclination to play with toys, balls, etc.  Very calm when you spend time with him, but when left alone for any length of time he is very anxious and needs lots of reassurance upon your return.  Also, very anxious and challenging when it rains, very fearful and anxious during any storm with or without thunder/lightning and takes him some time to recover from storm event.

Medical History:   Neutered, up-to-date on all vaccines and heart-worm prevention, and micro-chipped.

Foster Comments:Harvey is a really sweet dog who loves his meals and snacks! He “talks to you” both verbally and through his very active, happy wagging tail when you’re serving up his food.He does not beg for food and has not been given any scraps.Harvey is also a huge tail wagger whenever he sees us or anyone coming into a room or walking down the street; he just wants say hello to everyone he meets.Loves to ride in the car and will settle easily.

Harvey would be best in a home with someone who works from home, is retired, or just home a lot.  Owing to his anxiety, we think it would be best for him to be the only dog in the house so he can be given maximum attention.
