Surrendering Your Setter

If you need to surrender your dog, please fill out our confidential Owner Surrender Intake Questionnaire. Your honesty is crucial, as it helps us understand your dog’s personality and needs, ensuring we find the right foster home. Information about your dog’s medical history and health issues will also guide us in providing necessary veterinary care.

While we can’t guarantee acceptance of all requests, we’ll do our best to assist. If your dog is accepted into our rescue, you’ll receive a separate link to sign the legal surrender form.
