Socialization/training:  Whitney is a young pup who is part of a 70 dog seizure from a hoarding case. She can get excited and be very playful but calms with commands. Treats motivate her so sit is a solid skill. Whitney is a silly girl who has a sense of humor and likes to swipe things. She will rearrange belongings so you go on a scavenger hunt for things you do not keep picked up (remotes, shoes, slippers, wireless mouse).  Whitney rides very well in a car, enjoys going to pet friendly stores and is friendly to other dogs/people.

Behavior: Whitney enjoys a good belly rub, being with people, playing with other dogs and chewing on bones. Whitney runs to greet you and has learned to sit by humans to get petted instead of jumping all over them. She loves to learn and is very smart.

Medical History: Up to date on vaccines, Spayed, Heartworm negative and on preventative, no significant medical history 

Foster Comments: Whitney is a really funny and goofy pup. She likes to sleep in our room at night, usually in a raised bed set next to our bed.    F

Volunteer transport can be arranged in the Continental US within a 1,000 mile distance between adopters & foster home. Typically, we are able to transport your adopted dog to within 2 hours of your home. *Dogs can be adopted outside the 1000 mile transport distance; however, adopters must be willing to either fly their adopted dog, drive to a location within the 1000 mile transport range, or make independent transport arrangements for their adopted dog
