Foster comments: Panda is a sweet loving girl show has been through a lot.  When she arrived, she was afraid of everything new, loud, and fast. Our guess is that she spent her time in a pen outside alone. She has come a long way.  She can now go for walks and not be afraid of loud noises, trucks, and  new things. She is curious about young children but their fast movements and noise would be too much for her to live with.  She is most comfortable with the people she lives with.  Panda settles quickly with female guests but new men are scary at the moment.  She does love the three boys in our house (ages 14 - 20) but it took time and work on their part to win her affection. Panda is curious about new things and will eat things you would rather she did not. She is smart too- she learned how to pull the kleenex out of the box.  Panda would do best with a companion dog to help her feel secure. She is a copy cat and does what the others do- we have seen her lift her leg to pee like our male dog.  Panda needs a quiet house with lots of love and patience gain confidence over her fears.  She will reward you with her unwavering loyalty, and lots of hugs and kisses!
