Good with Cats: They are babies, so can grow up learning to like cats

Crate trained: No, too young

Leash trained: No, too young

Activity Level: So far, they are active, lively and energetic little puppies

Training/Behavior: At only one month of age, there isn’t much training that has been done.  They just recently became agile enough to escape their whelping box and roam in their exercise pen.  They are active, playful and healthy puppies.

Medical History: The puppies are all healthy and will be getting their first puppy DHLPP vaccine at the end of the first week of December. They have bene healthy since birth and have not shown any evidence of disease or sickness.

Foster Comments:
Momma Alicia originated from northern Greece.  She was rescued when she was about 1 month pregnant and brought to the USA so her puppies could be born in the comfort and warmth of a home.  She has been an excellent momma so far, despite being almost a baby herself.  The puppies are happy, active and well-socialized.  They are very eager to see people and run toward you when you come to their room.  They love to be petted, held and cuddled.  They don’t mind being handled and let you touch their noses, tails and paws.  They are at the age where they are teething, so they love to chew on fingers, toes, ears and noses.  They are beginning to romp, play and wrestle with each other and are getting more active and agile every day.  These babies are absolutely adorable.  If they take after their momma, they will be athletic, affectionate and very smart.

Jagger

Jagger is the last born of the puppies, the smallest male and the only male who is black.  When I hear his name, I think of the song “Moves like Jagger” which suits him well because he is a speedy little guy – one of the fastest and most agile of the litter.  He likes to be on the go and is one of the first to greet you when you enter the puppy room.

Maximus

Maximus is the blackish-brown boy with the mottled colors.  He has the most unique and interesting coat.  He was born a solid blackish-brown, but he is developing lighter patches and streaks of all different shades of brown.  I also call him “Bear” because he reminds me of an adorable baby grizzly bear.  He is a little calmer than some of his siblings, but tends to come out on top when they wrestle.

Ringo

Ringo is the brown and tan boy – one of the largest puppies.  He loves to eat!  He also loves to tuck himself into a corner or into your arms to snuggle.  Ringo has really striking beautiful blue eyes.  It will be interesting to see if they stay blue as he grows.

Peanut

Peanut is the solid brown boy, also with beautiful blue eyes.  He looks up at you adoringly and makes your heart melt.  Peanut likes to be cuddled and held. He is also on the calmer end of the energy spectrum relative to some of his siblings.

Tater

Tater is the fuzziest black and white girl with the white blaze down her forehead.  She is one of the liveliest of the bunch and seems to be queen of the pack.  She definitely wins the wrestling matches with most of her siblings, but she also likes to be held and cuddled.

Cassie

Cassie was named for Cassiel, the Angel of Temperance.  She is the sleek black female with the mostly white snout.  She is a very smart girl and seems to take after her momma a lot.  She has very intelligent eyes and is always watching you.  She also likes to be held and cuddled.

Raven

Raven is the black girl with the small white patch on her nose and the white feet and tan socks.  Raven is also very much like her momma – very intelligent and very agile.  She was the first one to escape the whelping box and one of the most coordinated.  She likes to nuzzle into your neck and seems to enjoy belly rubs.
