It is with a heavy heart that we said goodbye to our sweet Duke. We fell in love with him the moment we saw his picture, and from the very first night we brought him home, he fit right in. How deeply we loved him. We will miss him terribly. His life was taken far too soon. He had just turned nine in December, and we were blessed to have him for eight years and eight months. Duke loved to hike, go for long walks, visit the dog park, spend time at the beach in every season, and join us on kayaking adventures. He filled our lives with joy, love, and unforgettable memories. He will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
